Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for junior roles
Manage multiple requisitions across various lines of businesses in Business
Operations/Technology, particularly on Transformation Hiring
Participate in inclusion and diversity recruiting events and activities
Perform process and organizational improvement within the Talent Acquisition processes
Partner closely with recruiting, business, and HR advisors to understand hiring needs
Manage alignment on the interview process, where the hiring team is properly prepared, and candidates are properly and comprehensively evaluated as well as sold on the opportunity
Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment processes of employment agencies
