Job Description:
1. Accounts for all tools, parts, and equipment in work area ensuring the safety of equipment and preventing and avoiding damage to tools
2. Installs switches & full set up of equipment e.g. video data projection systems, audio and video conferencing equipment, microphones, audio systems, and operation of integrated AV systems)
3. Recommends and identifies units for client requirements
4. Effectively generate an accurate measurement of materials vs. unit purchased
5. Works closely with all project in-charge to ensure that the projects have progressed and attend site meetings.
6. Coordinate the bidding and scheduling of additional support for the client as requested
7. Submission of the approved layout to Technical Head to start the project on the given time
8. Effectively document all installation steps are done and other client concerns
9. Submit accurate liquidation & transportation report expense on a weekly basis
10. Supervise and Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule
11. Provide support in commercial project installations
12. Take responsibility and ownership of any identified or customer reported faults with AV systems and monitor all actions taken to resolve the faults
13. Assists the Technical Management Supervisor in handling client complaints and escalation management providing for technical resolutions and priority to complaining clients
14. Ensure a favorable and manageable level of leaves and absences, and observe consistency in minimizing tardiness at all times
15. Exact professionalism and respect in interacting with clients
16. To protect the image and interest of the Company at all times
17. Keep abreast of the latest technical/repair know-how & learning new product information from the products that we service and cater to
18. Promoting teamwork and being an ideal team player for the accomplishment of tasks and achievement of business goals and a model of excellence
19. To submit all mandatory daily/ weekly reports when applicable to Management and those that will be requested from time to time
20. To comply with all existing technical policies, procedures and house rules which includes abiding with the company’s Code of Conduct.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in AV and electronics troubleshooting Has IT background Has strong listening, verbal and communication skills
