QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, or information systems; master’s degree in either of these fields preferredProven experience in supporting, maintaining, and monitoring of infrastructure components and services (AD, DNS, DHCP, Hypervisors, SAN, LAN, WAN, Networking, WLAN, Office 365)Well experienced installing Windows Server and Linux in any RAID types.Basic experience with core software applications, finance, HR, Payroll/ Time and Attendance, fundraising/membership, ticketing, merchandising/retail Point of Sale and ecommerce, education, library management systems, and digital asset management systemsExcellent software/hardware troubleshooting experienceStrong, hands-on technical knowledge of PC operating systemsKnowledge of applicable data privacy practices and lawsGood project management skillsExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to conduct research into systems issues and products as requiredAbility to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly languageHighly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detailProven analytical and creative problem-solving abilitiesAble to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentStrong customer service orientationAbility to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentExperience in using basic hand or battery powered tools when installing or troubleshooting equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 pounds when installing or troubleshooting equipment
