Details of the offer

Responsible for the active sourcing of qualified and quality US citizen or resident resumes/profiles of Healthcare Workers in Junior roles. Receive and understand thoroughly the manpower requirement. Discuss further with Account Managers any clarifications and concerns on the requirement. Actively recruit US citizens and residents with work permits in the US. Understanding of Boolean search language and ability to use such to both internet and database searches. Conduct initial interview and salary negotiation via phone. Organize the resumes/profiles of the recruited candidates in the desired format and forward them to the Account Managers/PH Head of Operations for Quality Control. Submit a daily report of processed candidates (from Sourced to submitted Resumes/Profiles) to the Head of Operations. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Nursing, preferably RN Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in US-based Recruitment of Healthcare Workers Experience in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Internet-based Job Portals Track record of sourcing and finding Healthcare Talents in the USA using Boolean search language.
