Job Description
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/ College Degree in Industrial Engineering;
Responsible in the monitoring of all compliance standards of EISI operations, standardize departmental reports as well as enhancements of process flows/procedures to improve systems in the department.
Updated weekly Compliance Monitoring report and implements strategies to accelerate the compliance of entire EISI operations.
Keeping track of EISI operations Productivity data/KPI’s, Delivery Performance, Pick-up & Dispatch Performance, Vehicle and equipment Utilization, Production, Revenue & Cost Performance both corporate office and warehouse, monitor actual vs. budgeted expenditures of the department of SBU and SSU.
Creates, reviews or enhances existing policies, guidelines, processes and systems in the department.
Conducts ocular inspection, observation and evaluation of customer’s operations as part of enhancing and strengthening the processes and procedures based on existing manual operating plan.
Performs any function as maybe assigned by the immediate head.
