Junior It Staff

Job description
First contact person for IT escalations and support
Installation and configuring computer hardware, software, system, network, printers, and scanners.
Administration of servers for both windows and Linux
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, server, network and VOIP lines
Setting up and maintain user accounts.
Repairing, replacing, and updating equipment/IT assets as necessary
Uploading Leads to Dialer server
Extracting reports from server / database as needed
Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner
Providing day to day technical support across the company (in-person and/or remotely)
Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology (Network and Systems)
Hands on experience in basic graphic design is a must.
At least 1 year of hands-on Systems Administration experience in handling a Linux-based and Windows-based environment.
Experienced in Monitoring and administering infrastructure (e.g. firewall, switches, router, access point, patch panel, ports, ups, cables, servers, printers) is an advantage
Experience in VOIP, Asterisk is an advantage.
Willing to work in unusual hours or shifting schedule.
Self-starter
Ability to communicate effectively with the IT Head and superiors in any scenario.
Proactive in finding problems and solutions on a daily basis.
Fast learner and can work in a fast-paced work environment.
