JUNIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER
**Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day operational and client interaction aspects of small to medium projects
Ensure that projects deliveries meet client quality requirements, and delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
Communicate e?ectively with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues and misunderstandings in an e?cient way
Create and execute project work plans to meet changing project needs and requirements while minimizing risks
Escalate issues as needed to the project managerQualifications
Familiarity with PM tools like JIRA, Trello,Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
High level attention to details and solution-oriented mindset
Commitment to delivering high quality output
Must be a team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural environment
Highly organized and has excellent time management skills
Ability to prepare and quickly interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends, holidays
Education
College level with at least 3 years professional related experience or graduate of Communication, IT, marketing, business administration or related courses with 1-year professional related experience
