Junior Architect | Interior Designer

Job Description:
The Interior Designer/ Architect/ Civil Engineer is mainly responsible for planning, drafting, designing and refurbishing commercial and living spaces that are suited to their client’s needs. Research draws and develops rough plans, preliminary and detailed design plans Conducts research and develops initial ideas and key information about potential projects, discuss requirements in detail with clients and set project schedules. Locates and/or proposes potential projects and ideas by analyzing the latest trends, new developments and practices, market flow, and the company’s goals and needs and examine its risk and potentials. Determine the client's goals and requirements of the project Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical and mechanical layouts Sources and considers materials, products, and costs according to client’s needs and budget. Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimated project costs Monitor place of orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements Conduct regular site visit and oversee installing the design elements Follow up visit after the project to ensure that the clients are satisfied Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
A graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, BS Interior Design or equivalent Proficient in technical writing & Autocad Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills Applicant must be willing to work in Malabon Metro Manila
