In this role, you will work closely with senior architects and project teams to assist in designing, planning, and executing architectural projects. Scope of Services
The Architect shall perform the following services:
• Create and review architectural designs and plans for the Company's real estate projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Provide technical support and consultation during construction phases.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers and contractors, to deliver high-quality projects.
• Additional Tasks may be assigned by mutual agreement of the parties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Proficiency in design software.
Strong creative and technical skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of building codes and architectural standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
