Junior Architect

Basic to intermediate design and drafting skills using current and appropriate Revit/ArchiCAD technology.
Basic knowledge in building construction technology.
Ability to understand basic architectural and engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of material estimates.
Knowledge of applicable building and safety codes, materials & material technology/nature.
Creative and has a visualization skills.
Willing to put into practice the prescribed corporate branding image and behavior of the firm.
**FUNCTIONS**
- Performs design and BIM works.
- Participates in design charrettes and other collaboration meetings.
- Performs quality checking of drawings produced to comply with firm's quality standards.
- Performs due diligence on safety and building codes and standards.
- Generates solutions to conflicts in drawing details by searching and gathering information, participating in meetings or consulting immediate superior.
- Assists in the preparation of schedule of materials and finishes and preparation of specifications and other related documents.
- Performs project site inspection.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Has at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Possess skills in modeling using ArchiCAD, Revit, and other BIM technology;
- Has basic knowledge in building construction technology;
- Can understand architectural and engineering drawings;
- Knowledgeable in applicable building & safety codes, materials & material technology/nature, and material estimates; and
- Creative and has visualization skills.

- Must be willing to work in Makati City.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
