Junior Accountant - General Accounting

Transform your career as a Junior Accountant at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, the nation’s largest not-for-profit medical center, and the largest private employer in New York City. Step into our fast-paced and rewarding environment, and keep us performing at the highest level. In our corporate office located in midtown Manhattan, you will provide essential support for our Accounting team. Ensure compliance and accurate reporting of financial information. Reconcile bank statements for a variety of accounts while preparing and maintaining billing statements. Communicate with third party business partners, as well as internal management regarding general accounting inquiries. Maintain and prepare files, while keeping the team informed of critical and unusual account activity.

This is a Days position that generally works M-F, 9:00-5:00.

Required Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Strong Microsoft Office skills
