Junior Accountant

We are looking for an Junior Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.Junior Accountant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an Accounting degree and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you.Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.Junior Accountant responsibilities include:Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepanciesCreating and updating expense reportsProcessing reimbursement formsWith at least 1 year of relevant experience. (2 years and up experience is an advantage)Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting ClerkKnowledge of basic bookkeeping proceduresFamiliarity with finance regulationsGood math skills and the ability to spot numerical errorsHands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)Organization skillsAbility to handle sensitive, confidential informationGraduate of the following courses are welcome to apply:BS AccountancyBS Accounting TechnologyBS Management AccountingBS Financial ManagementBS Internal Audit
