Jr. Search Engine Optimization (Seo) Specialist

Job Description:
The Jr. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist is responsible for increasing our web properties’ search engine ranking and traffic by creating quality content, improving onpage factors, optimizing user-experience, and improving link equity. He/she is responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and making changes to web properties so they are optimized for both users and search engines. He/she is required to identify proper keywords for SEO implementation and engage in link building.


Responsibilities: Monitor webpages’ compliance to search engines’ prescribed requirements and resolve issues as needed Conduct regular SEO audits and work with other teams to optimize website elements Conduct keyword research and analysis for new web pages and to identify opportunities for creating new content Keep up-to-date with SEO developments and trends Minimum Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Information Technology, Computer Engineer, or equivalent At least one (1) year experience in on page optimization Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is required Experience using Screaming Frog and SEMRush is a plus Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and XML Intermediate English comprehension and writing skills needed for doing keyword research and writing Page Titles and META Descriptions Ability to coordinate with web designers, writers and developers in resolving issues Reliably follows through on assigned tasks Experience in paid advertising is not required but would be an advantage Strong analytic skills Team player Adaptable to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Full-Time position(s) available Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City If you have done prior SEO work, please submit examples of sites optimized
