Jr. Chef Instructor

Job Description:
The JR CHEF INSTRUCTOR reports to Chef Rob Pengson and assists him in conducting classes, training, seminars, workshops, fulfilling contractual consultancy oblications, develop recipes for both school and restaurant.


THE JCI must be organized and hard working, responsible for academic kitchen proprty and resource management as well as assist in handling in quiries both online, email, phone an walk in for the school.


Finally, the JCI must be able to keep excellent records, recipes, grades, exam scors and the like as he/she guides trainees.





Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Must be graduate of culinary school / program Must have at least 3 - 6 months work experience in a fine dinign establishment must be able to teach to a class in english and tagalog SUSHI skills is a plus Must be able to BAKE BREADS (esp: sourdough, croissants, and pizza) Must be able to Produce a Menu, write recipes and cost Working abroad is a plus Must know how to SOUS VIDE properly
