Raise billing documents in SAP which conform to customer billing obligations
- Provide support to Americas RBU projects by reviewing documents and process to project billings
- Perform monitoring and compliance checks to project billings for the whole RBU
- Review, assist for the RBUs procurement of assets, and other expenses in SAP
- Timesheet administration
- Monitor internal controls around the billing processes and report non-compliance customer
- Maintain working relationships with those responsible for Project monitoring within the Business Units and Finance
- Other duties as necessary in connection with the role
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
