**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Drafts detailed plans and specifications for new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations, and conservations for all phases of development including Basis of Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
Researches applicable design criteria, attend project meetings, communicate with members of the project team and report progress to the Architectural Designer.
Reviews the program and other information furnished by the Client, and review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Project.
Prepares preliminary evaluation of the Client's program, schedule, and budget to ascertain the requirements of the Project.
Assists the Architectural Designer in preparing preliminary design illustrating the scale and relationship of the Project components for approval of the Design Manager.
Considers sustainable design alternatives such as material choices and building orientation.
Considers the value of alternative materials, building systems and equipment.
Ensures design specifications align to safety standards and governmental regulations.
Assists the Architectural Designer in producing CAD drawings and renderings, as well as color boards, to develop specific and precise designs for buildings which will then be discussed with Clients.
Assists the Architectural Designer in specifying the cost estimates, materials, duration, and other relevant information required for the actualization of the project.
Ensures quality and efficiency for assigned tasks and deliverables.
Actively works on high-level tasks and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
Prepares for regular project team meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
Reviews shop drawings and samples to ensure drawings and finishes match specifications.
Revisits designs and make adjustments to designs as needed.
Liaises with various personnel and departments to coordinate project details.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed Architect is preferred but not required

Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Revit Architecture, BIM 360 Design, and other architectural software

Preferably with at least 3 years experience in the design and construction projects but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
