Jr. Account Manager - Outdoor Media (Cebu)

Job Description:
Maintain current accounts and pursue prospective clients. Prepare business proposals and other needed documents for presentation. Provide updates to the Managing Director on sales and status of accounts. Conduct client presentations. Attend meetings with clients and advertising agencies. Maintain a harmonious business relationship with both current clients and non-clients (prospective) to establish rapport. Prepare necessary sales reports and other various correspondence necessary. Coordinate with clients for needed documents until all necessary requirements have been accomplished. Coordinate with Billboards administrative section for installation and maintenance requirements. Provide assistance to the advertisers/advertising agencies in conducting ocular inspections. Meet with the Managing Director and discuss business-related matters such as the latest news on media industry, etc. Attend sales meetings and participate in product conceptualization activities. Assist the Managing Director in disseminating updates and critical information such as new policies, announcements, and other necessary information to the advertisers. Monitor and prepare list of accounts scheduled to expire. Provide support to the advertisers in the production of their advertisement material. May be assigned to other related projects, duties when deemed necessary. Minimum Qualifications:
