You are responsible for handling inbound queries and provide resolutions to issues of wireless mobile phone subscribers, both prepaid and postpaid.

Salary Package: PhP19,000 - PhP24,000

Requirements:
• Preferably with CUSTOMER SERVICE background (Not necessarily BPO)
• Fresh Graduates of a Bachelor's Degree Course, Completed at least 2 years in College with ANY work experience or If below 2 yrs, at least 1 year of BPO/Call Center exp
• Shifters are also welcome to apply
• At least 18 years old
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work at TELUS Market Market Taguig Site
• Amenable to work on SHIFTING schedules
• Can start ASAP
