\n ResponsibilitiesScrum / Support Master Overview
We are seeking a skilled Scrum / Support Master to join our team. The idealcandidate will have experience in project management using agilemethodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. This role will act as a facilitatorbetween the development team and clients, ensuring effective communication,requirement gathering, and development oversight. The Scrum / Support Masterwill be responsible for collecting and analyzing metrics, ensuring the execution ofrituals, removing obstacles, updating control tools, conducting root causeanalyses, and maintaining a focus on continuous Responsibilities
Facilitate communication between the development team and clients togather requirements and provide updatesOversee the development team's progress through the collection andanalysis of metrics.? Ensure the execution of Scrum rituals and ceremonies.Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.Update and maintain project management and monitoring tools.Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.Conduct onboarding/offboarding Profile
