Job Description:
Finance Accountability Drive sales and performance by providing weekly & monthly Sales Plan Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaign and outcome tracking Operational Accountability Provide weekly report and feedback to Channel Lead Responsible for company asset inventory at exhibition point that includes exhibition booth, devices, blank cards, promotional properties, etc Service Accountability Act Responsibility as Jenius Representative to end customer & ensure standardized communication across the team Leadership Accountability Provide guidance and support to team regarding exhibition operational, productivity sales, customer concerns, operational questions, risk management, and human resource issues Ensure team performance through morning briefing, coaching, target monitoring & daily attendance Minimum Qualifications:
Target Oriented & Strong Drive Ability to coach and develop sales force effectively to service clients and meet sales goals Experience in managing team Attention to detail combined with good organization skills Ability to perform under pressure & limited source Bachelor degree in any disciplines 3 years sales experience required, preferably from telco, insurance, tourism and function as field team. Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Working area in Malang
