Job Description:
Support UI/UX designers on producing design artifacts such as sketches, user flows, wireframes, visual mock-ups, final design, depending on the needs of the project and the tasks assigned to them by UI/UX designers. Collaborating closely with designers, engineers, product owners, researchers, and other disciplines to design, implement, and track the success of various projects. Building prototypes to be tested to customers as part of Usability Testing. Participate as an observer on Focus Group Discussion, In-Depth Interview and Usability Testing. Learn how to act as a "voice of the user." Think creatively and critically, ask questions, and synthesize a wide range of information. Assisting with the preparation and submission of all project-related marketing and communications materials. Build presentation decks for sharing sessions and training purposes. Actively perform competitor and trend analysis as an insight for Jenius app. Performs other related duties and activities as required. Receive coaching and mentorship from both design peers and leadership to grow your UI/UX design skills and beyond Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or graduated from a program for Graphic Design, UI/UX, HCI, IT, SI, or related fields. Good user interface design skill Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Axure, Figma, Invision, Marvel or Adobe XD Strong and demonstrated desire to learn. Have good verbal and written communications skills. Be self-motivated and detail oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment. Strong analytical abilities to convert business requirements into actionable work. Ability to communicate with cross functional teams.
