As a Japanese Customer Service Representative, you are expected to provide professional and efficient customer support via phone, emal and/or chat.
Accept inbound calls and handle customer's product/service inquiries and concerns
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility for follow-up to ensure customer's needs and expectations are met
Determine appropriate action to be taken on customer's behalf on prescribed resolution procedures

High School/Senior High School Graduate
Can speak, read and write in Japanese/Nihongo - Kanji, Hiragana and Katakana
Keigo Experienced
Speak and understand English
Willing to work on shifting/night schedule
For foreign applicants, tourist visa must be valid for at least one (1) month and passport should be valid for more than one (1) year
