Position: Japanese IT Infrastructure Specialist

Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80, 000 – 110, 000 (Negotiable)

Responsibilities:
• Provide Voice/Video Conferencing support to clients using remote support tools
• Manage Active Directory (AD) of the company
• Handle network configuration and troubleshooting
• Solve security updates issue for Antivirus software
• Monitoring of network infrastructure

Requirements:
• Japanese language skills (N1, N2 level speaking ONLY)
• JLPT Certificate is a Big Advantage but not required
• Bachelor's degree in IT or any course
• Preferably with at least 2 years IT Helpdesk Support handling Technology account
• Experience in Microsoft product such as Windows 10, Office365
• Experience in IT Infrastructure process, IT Service management process
