Japanese Speaking Transaction Processing Analyst - General

Our client, one of the biggest IT/BPO Company in the Philippines and internationally is looking for Native/ Non-native Japanese Speaking Transaction Processing Analyst -General .Some of the roles and responsibilities are as follows:
Review quality samples agreed upon by the client and the Company
Perform analysis on quality trends and flag quality-related risks to the project leadership
Provide feedback to analysts to follow approved guidelines, procedures, processes in a consistent way.
Reporting duties and special projects will be assigned to quality specialists at a higher career level
Analyze and review photos, videos and text-based content following the guidelines and policies set by the client within the required turnaround time and flag objectionable content
Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions.
Interface effectively with other internal and client teams across multiple geographies
