JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with each department for the budget of the company
- Collect data of every department for the allocation of the company resources
- Sending minutes of meeting
- Work for the document needed for specific requirement
- Arrange the travel and accommodation forJapanese employees
- Extend contract for Japanese expat for the condo accommodation
- Propose cost or budget management and implementation of the budget

**Requirements**:
- Can speak read and write Japanese language
- Open forJLPT N3, N4 passer or level
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- At least 6 months of experience in administrative or finance
- Can work onsite in Pasig City
