Company Profile: This is a Taiwanese company in which they are involved in manufacturing and assembling of printing and painting plastic injected parts for electronics equipment.

Position: Japanese Sales Manager

Salary: P 50, 000 - P 80, 000 All Basic Salary (Still Negotiable)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Responsibilities:
• Monitor the duties and responsibilities of Sales department
• Checking of purchase and sales related documents
• Prepares monthly sales reports and finished goods inventory report.
• Responsible in preparing and discussing the monthly performance report to managers and head
• Conduct training to newly hired staff
• In charge of evaluating the performance of direct subordinates
• Source for potential customers
• Incharge of handling departmental meeting in regards to customer queries and departmental concerns

Requirements:
• Native Japanese or someone with Native Level of proficiency
• Open for College graduate and Undergraduate
• Good English communication skills
• Have working experience in Sales and Marketing
• Computer literate
• Knowledge in ISO procedures is an advantage
