Position: Japanese Procurement Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Bulacan (20 mins from SM North)
Salary: P 80,000 – P 100,000 (negotiable)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)

Requirements:
• Open for Filipino and Japanese National
• JLPT N1,N2 Passers
• Fluent in English
• Graduate of Finance/Accountancy or any related course
• Preferably with Procurement/Accounts Payable Process experience but not require
• Preferably with experience Work shadowing is an advantage
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Application
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Amenable to work in Bulacan
• Can start work ASAP
Responsibilities
• Responsible in Analyzing PO (Purchase Orders)
• Validating Purchase Requisition (PR)
• Coordinate with the client using Japanese language
• Examine and analyze issues related to parked/blocked invoices, GR/IR process
• Responsible in making procurement report
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procurement practices
