Position: Japanese Order to Cash Analyst
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Bulacan (20 mins from SM North)
Salary: P 80,000 – P 100,000 (negotiable)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day shift)

Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate billings are sent to customers
• Ensure correct delivery of billing to clients
• Monitor collection flow
• Review payments of clients and check if there are discrepancy
• Work with onshore and offshore teams
• Check order fulfillments, claims and returns
• Processing order of food products of this shared services company
• Process order of Tokyo Office
• Validations of order from head office
• Validating order processing, Contract Management and invoicing
• Coordinate with Japanese OTCs in Japan

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Can speak, read, and write Japanese (100% Japanese Language)
• Can speak English
• English – For internal use with employees
• Not more than 35 years old preferred
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Open for fresh graduates
• Accounting background is an advantage
• Order to cash, accounts payable and accounts receivables background is an advantage but not required
