- Can speak Japanese fluently
- Basic English is okay

- With Online gaming experience
- Customer Service experience is a plus but not required

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in assisting customer related concerns
- Be able to assist clients in regards to their inquiries and be able to provide solutions
- be able to provide solutions to inquiries regarding the products promoted by the company
