The company is also known to provide excellent customer service support.
Location: McKinley, Taguig City

Industry: Financial Company

**Salary**: P 90,000 - P 110,000
Schedule: Dayshift (Weekends off)

Work-Setup: Hybrid

**Requirements**:

- Can sp eak English fluently
- N1 passers or Native Japanese
- Bachelor's Degree holder or any related course
- With at least 2 years experience in CSR / Technical Support

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding appropriately to web entry and chat requests from internal and external customers
- Work on cases/tickets according to established departmental practices
