• Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese Language
• JLPT N3, N2, N1 Passer or Level
• College Level of Education Background
• Know how to use office equipment and computer hardware
• Know how to use MS office, Word Excel etc.
• Fast Typing skills
• Experience as Data Entry Clerk is an advantage
• Customer Services and Data Entry Clerk experience is advantage
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for data entry specialists are record keepers.
• Maintaining the paper or hard copies of receipts, patient forms, applications and host of other documents, in addition to transcribing them into your company's system.
• Make copies for employees, answer and route phone calls, send out emails and distribute snail mail as needed.
• Give general instructions for work processes.
• Responsible explain or describe things in context, able to ask and respond to questions.
