**Requirements**:
Native Japanese or Filipino with JLPT N1 certificate or Level
English communication skills (both in written and spoken)
Bachelor Degree graduate or undergraduate of any course
Preferably with minimum of 1 year managerial experience
Customer Service experience is a big advantage
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage operations and employees for a couple of teams as a shared manager
- Communicate with the team to cascade client request, feedback, requirement, etc.
with translation between Japanese and English
