Responsibilities:
• Responsible in consumer related concerns.
• Will be responsible in answering calls, chats and minor email support.
• Assist and accommodate customer issues.
• Accomplish other related tasks from Team Lead/Supervisor

Requirements:
• Native Japanese or someone who has Native level of proficiency in Japanese language
• Conversational English skills .
• Preferably someone who is born and raised in Japan or someone who has studied in Japan.
• Graduates, Undergraduates or High School graduates are welcome to apply.
