Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM, Mondays - Fridays

Be able to communicate with client/s using both Japanese & English language via emails, chat, and calls

Online Reservation Management
Process booking via email
Attend to customer's requests and concerns via email
Monitor booking schedules

QUALIFICATIONS:
·JLPT Passer (N3 & Above)
·Be able to communicate with client/s using both Japanese & English language via email, chat, and calls.
·Can speak politely/ or in a business manner
·Computer literate (proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
·Amenable to work in shifting schedule (Flexible)
·Ability to work with minimal supervision
·Strong interpersonal skills
·Ability to meet deadlines
·Ability to Multitask
·Willing to work in Makati City


·Has experience in Online Reservation Management
·Has BPO experience
