The company distributes its household products, medical and car care products for almost 200 countries world-wide. Philippine site handles technology, finance, accounting and human resources operations.
Position: Japanese Accounts Payable Team Leader
Industry: Consumer Product Manufacturing (Shared Service)
Location: BGC, Taguig City

Requirements:
l Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
l JLPT N1/N2 level (Certificate is not required)
l Fluent in English
l Graduate of any4 year course
l With Accounting/Finance related experience
l With 3-4 years of experience in the same field
l With experience in handling team for finance industry

Responsibilities:
l Handle Account payable of the company including database management
l Handle end to end payment processes
l Handle creation of payment proposal, cancelation of invalid payment and payment processing
l Attend to Account payable related inquiries from other departments
l Provide solution to A/P related issues
l Assist in preparing A/P report monthly
l Responsible in overseeing the team
l Monitor the performance and assist AP associates
