**High-Level Position Purpose (Job Summary)**
- This role will be engaged in the operational aspects of Kyndryl's compensation programs and will have primary responsibility for day to day operational activities such as implementing design changes, administration of compensation programs, resolving individual employee questions or issues, and managing vendor relationships.
- In addition, this job role requires frequent teaming with other Kyndryl functions on matters involving legal compliance, employee relations, employee communications, and financial reporting related to the Compensation programs.
Ad-hoc projects will be supported as required.
**Required Professional and Technical Expertise**:
- Japanese Language expertise - written and verbal proficiency
- Microsoft office tools proficiency
**Salary**: Php75,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
