Janitor

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order of the facilities of the company.
1. Cleans and mops the floor of the offices and lavatories.
2. Cleans office premises including its parking spaces.
3. Wipes dust/dirt from windows and furniture
4. Collect trash and cleans garbage cans.
5. See to it that office furniture are arranged properly before the start of the working hours of the employees.
6. Assist in the physical arrangements of the facilities during special company activities.
7. Reports damages, and losses of company property to department head for immediate action.
8. Prepares purchase requisition for cleaning and janitorial materials and equipment.
9. Receives other instructions from Section Manager and performs other duties as may be required by the position.
