It Technician

**Job description**

**Qualifications**:

- Associate (2 years) or Bachelor's (4 years) Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or any related study.
- With 1 to 3 years experience in IT Support or other similar job.
Training will be provided for new employee.
- Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair both hardware and software.
- Knowledgeable in Printer, CCTV, Biometrics or POS have the advantage.
- Must be willing to do on-site or field duty (Manila Area).
Reimbursable all travel expenses.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Software and hardware maintenance.
Preventive maintenance or break-fix when needed
- Installation (both hardware and software) of Printer, CCTV, POS or Biometrics.
- Migration of Windows, Account Domain, and other software needed.
- Troubleshooting of network connection and server problems.
- Conduct back-up all operational and other data needed.
- Prepare recommendation, and other reports or documentation needed included all service done.
- Perform other duties assigned by Team Lead or immediate supervisor.

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
