JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of any IT related Field
Expertise in x86 Server Operating Systems
Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, both remotely and onsite..
Support hardware/software and implement technology at the OS level across servers
Troubleshoot basic and intermediate technical issues (L2 support).
Communicate issues and solutions with management and the team.
Collaborate with teams to resolve complex technical problems.
