Skills:
Work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Network Support Engineer or similar role

Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments

General system administration skills – desktops, AV, monitoring tools, PBXs, firewalls, networking.

Experience troubleshooting desktop applications on Windows & Mac

Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software

Networking knowledge to CCNA level or higher

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus

Experience in finance with real time trading systems/market data

Experience in working in a regulated financial firm

Experienced in working with multinational global teams

Desirable:
