We are currently seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in the Philippines. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires flexibility in terms of schedule to ensure seamless IT support for our operations. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in network management, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and assistance to employees.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral equipment.Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.Conduct regular system updates, backups, and security checks.Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.Assist in the setup and support of new workstations and equipment.Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.At least 3 months of relevant work experience in IT support or a similar role.Strong knowledge of network management, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Proficiency in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) is a plus.We Offer: HMO coverage after 90 days.Enjoy a 13th-month salary10% night differential.Two days off each week.Access to government-mandated benefits and additional company perks.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.
