JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 6 months to 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
- Preferably with experience specializing in In-house Technical Support or equivalent.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Put newly acquired desktop/laptops/printers to its intended use, including support to the installation of operating system (i.e. windows)
- Specialized in managing and supporting desktops, laptops and printer repairs
- Maintain and monitor inventory of IT hardware, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printer and other IT paraphernalia
- Virus scanning and removal (using clients license anti-virus software)
