About the Role As an IT/Software Support Engineer, you will be part of our tech centre in Manila, working with best-in-class colleagues in a dynamic environment. To succeed, you must demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail. Role and Responsibilities Working with the business to reproduce bugs they report and create tickets. Address customer concerns and issues regarding software operation Assist software developers to resolve technical issues during the software development process. Teach stakeholders how to use new features and products. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
What profile are we looking for? Academic and Work Experience More than a year of software support experience Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Experience with Linux and SQL is an advanatage Mindset and Attitude Strong propensity for research and investigation Willingness to learn and grow and improve knowledge Self-motivated An ability to see individual tasks within the big picture Able to cope with managing multiple priorities Skill Set Good written and verbal communication
