It Supervisor

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledge of computer operating, software, and other systems.
- Knowledge in installing and maintaining systems.
- Have vast knowledge of various computer systems
- Can do video editing
- At least 1 - 3 years as IT Supervisor
- Ability to work within a small team and be an active team member.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ø Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
Ø Developing and overseeing systems' installation, including software and hardware.
Ø Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
Ø Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans.
Ø Training and evaluating staff members.
Ø Developing user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Ø Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.
Ø Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.
Ø Delegating tasks and developing budgets and work schedules.
Ø Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well.
Ø Monitoring systems operations and make recommendations as needed.
Ø Responsible for creating a disaster recovery plan for corporate data and systems.
Ø Install and maintain computer systems

Ø Analyze the company's technology needs and determine if need upgrades

Ø Improve the company's systems and software
