IT SUPERVISOR

 

Responsible in maintaining the internet, computer networks, providing technical support and also monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems

 

**Responsibilities**:
Technical Support:
Assists network changes and updates.
Programs, updates and monitors wireless internet access and troubleshoot when necessary; and

Coordinates with 3rd party service providers

Monitoring:
Daily checking and creating system backup;
Regular checking and updating of antivirus software;
Conducts regular maintenance procedures and housekeeping of all hardware and software to avoid errors and technical troubles;.
Keep track

of guestroom lockset maintenance and battery with proper monitoring log.Guest Services:
Assists complaints with utmost urgency;
Administrative:
Maintains an inventory of all IT equipment across all departments and hotel premise and its software licenses on a monthly basis; and

Recommend improvements as necessary.
Education and or Work Experience Requirements:
Graduate of BS Information Technology or the equivalent;
With at least 1-2 years working experience on the same position;
Technically capable on monitoring, troubleshooting and installing software and hardware;
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Has knowledge on Data Privacy and Anti-virus software;
