Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and cooperate with telco partner for any telco related concerns.- Work together with IT partners to solve and address IT issues- Work together with IT partners to fulfill IT related requests- Oversee and participate to IT activities and projects together with IT partners- Monitor the weekly/monthly performance of the site IT infrastructure (network, compute, wireless, radio and end-user support)- Escalate to IT Service Management Officer IT related concerns if needed- Conduct weekly performance update of IT/OT infrastructure- Provide recommendation for IT/OT infrastructure improvements

Qualification Requirements:
Minimum education requirement:
BS Computer Science, BS Electronic Communication Engineering or any IT related courses

Minimum work experience:
- At least 1-2 years working experience-
- Knowledgeable or have experience in supporting collaborative Instant Messaging / Teleconference / Videoconferencing tools (like Google Chat, MS Teams, Viber, Zoom, WebEx etc.
)- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery- Knowledge about users, security groups, computer accounts, and GPO policies in AD- Knowledgeable in supporting MS Windows 10 and Mac OS operating systems and MS Windows Server2012 R2 OS and above version
