It Regional Support Manager

Regional Support manages an operational support function in a specific geographic area providing guidance to branches on matters of compliance, service and quality.
Conducts routine and preventative quality assurance processes to monitor customer satisfaction and revenue results and ensure policy compliance for branches in designated region.

Provides operational support and resources to investigate and resolve any problems or losses incurred in the day-to-day operations of branches.
Manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
Provides input

to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
Give input into developing the budget.
