Responsibilities:
- Train and onboard new project management staff
- Develop, streamline and automate project management processes
- Develop and maintain policies relating to PMO operations.
- Review Project Lessons Learned to identify trends and opportunities to improve processes and playbooks
- Provide audit support of all projects to ensure all of the following are kept current:
- WBS
- Project Status Reporting
- Resource Management and Resource Allocations
- RAID Logs
- Change Request Logs
- Key decision logs
- Other artifacts as needed
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
Or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience and proven track record in supporting PMO functions to include
- Auditing (project artifacts, auditing, Training and Onboarding new hire Project Managers.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and analytical thinking
- Excellent organizational and technical skills (Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint a must; Experience in ServiceNow, MS Teams, and PowerApps a plus)
A project specialist provides support to project managers and key stakeholders.
They give advice and guidance in a consultancy capacity, and their responsibilities include:
- Working with a project manager at a project's onset to define the project governance and structured project management
- Creating and developing standards and templates
- Tailoring guidance to each project
- Creating and updating a repository of proper project documentation
**Salary**: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
