Details of the offer

Under direct supervision; responsible in ensuring the POS system of the company is properly installed, maintained and serviced the soonest time possible to prevent downtime of the POS; performs other dutiesas maybe assigned from time to time.
Reports directly to IT Manager
Responsible in the installation of new POS and maintenance of existing units;
On-call support for POS related issues;
Provide phone instructions to store staff for basic POS issues;
Provide on-site support for advaced POS issues;
Maintains proper scheduling of on-site support for POS units;
Provide basic training to sales staff regarding POS;
Maintain proper inventory of POS equipment.
Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
Advanced to expert knowledge on POS systems
Knowledgeable in multiple POS format
Advnaced to expert knowledge on computer troubleshooting and repairs
Advanced to expert knowledge on computer networking/cabling
Advanced to expert knowledge on windows-based Operating system ( Windows XP, 7,8, Server )
With good analytical skills and keen eye for details
Good in oral and written communication
At least with minimum of six months experience.
