It Operation Manager

Job Description:
Lead IT projects (planning, organizing, coordination, deployment, evaluation), Handling the logistics of the organization Monitoring performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity level, recommend strategic solutions if necessary Preparation and handling of budget, reporting, assessing cost effectiveness and inventory of IT assets Overseeing performance of the IT team Network troubleshooting Maintaining and ensuring security of data, system back-up and network access Providing technical leadership and act as a technical resource for internal and external projects Providing end user technical support that includes troubleshooting computer hardware and software Handling local and global IT support tickets Managing the Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure active directory IT Roadmap Management Organizing IT team's shifting and holiday schedule Implementation of ISO 27001 Security procedures in IT processes Building effective leadership with the internal team members and external parties (contractors, service providers) Minimum Qualifications:
More than 5 years of solid working experience in the IT field Experience managing a large team of IT specialists / supports Scripting experience: PowerShell / Bash Wide Range of Technology Familiarization (Windows, Linux, Google, Jira, Virtual Machine, Servers etc.) Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and set priorities Knowledge of budgeting processes and awareness of profit and loss concepts Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to function in a global team environment Strong problem-solving skills Organization and administrative skills Can work in a fast-moving environment Experience in managing shifting schedule and business continuity plan
